SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. PROMOTING ACCESS OF MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES TO SAFE AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS THROUGH THE INTERNET.

SEC. 3. INTERNET PHARMACIES FOR MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES.
