The grassroots movement is building to impeach President Bush. His administration has defied Congressional oversight. That's grounds enough.
But, impeaching Bush would be VERY DANGEROUS! Why? Because, despite the grounds for impeachment, if successful, Cheney would become president. Now that's really scarey.
Cheney is probably more responsible for breaking the laws of this country than Bush. He's already running a shadow government, the Department of Defense, and foreign policy. He's deliberately run over the Constitution, which itself is an impeachable offense. They've both broken their oath of office, which is also impeachable.
Besides, it's George W. Bush who will take the fall in history for this eight year debacle.
Impeach Cheney and his minions.
Any chance it will happen? Nah. The wimp Congress is too distracted by immigration and "bringing the troops back" to go to the root of the problem and bring down the feloneous Executive Branch. Besides, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court would preside and we all know how that would go.
